Social Media, beloved of every B-list celebrity on the planet, is actually a great tool for businesses (large and small) too.  ‘Follow’ your customers and prospects to understand what is going on in their worlds, and then tailor your communications to incorporate some of this intelligence.  Re-post details of articles or sites that you think might be of interest to your customers (establishing you as the fount of your industry’s knowledge), and post updates relating to your business and employees (reiterating your ‘brand personality’).
