Loyalty Programme

Customers like to feel appreciated and valued, and one way to achieve this is to thank them for their loyalty.  Do your competitors do this, or do they win a customer and then only speak to them when they have to?  Set your company apart – give your customers a small discount, a tin of biscuits or a free item when they buy x number of widgets or reach their one-year anniversary with you.  It doesn’t need to be a big gesture – just an acknowledgement of their loyalty.
