eNewsletters are a simple and cost-effective marketing communications tool, enabling you to reach clients and prospects quickly, easily and with a small budget.  When implemented correctly, they can successfully attract the attention of prospects, and keep your existing customers loyal and interested.  However, it’s imperative they are short and sharp, and concentrate on one or two key 'stories' - your customers do not have the time to read through pages of sales promotions and news articles.  Try to inject a bit of humour or wit into your Newsletters (without compromising your professionalism), and keep the hard-sell to a minimum.  Put yourself in your customers’ shoes and consider what you would choose to read, then produce something along these lines.
