Employee Referral Rewards

Your employees are on the ‘front line’ of customer service, and in many cases, are your eyes and ears.  They will be the first to notice if a customer has stopped using you, if there is an opportunity to sell them other services/products or more of the same, or (in the case of employees who are ‘out and about’) the names of other companies that have a similar requirement and represent a good prospect.  Encourage them to feed this information back to you through a structured referral programme.  It doesn’t need to offer huge rewards or commissions – just a ‘thank you’ for thinking of the business and being aware of potential opportunities for growth.
