Email Signatures

Every interaction with your customers should reinforce what you do and what you can offer.  Like business cards, most email signatures contain a name and contact details, and nothing else, and yet probably 80%+ of interactions are completed via email.  At the very simplest, add a ‘Do You Know…’ beneath your contact details (e.g., “Do You Know….we also provide a secure paper recycling service.  Contact us today for more information”).  It costs you absolutely nothing, but can reap dividends in terms of cross-selling.  HTML, graphical footers have even greater impact, and are extremely low-cost.
