People enjoy buying online.  In general, as a species we don’t like to be sold to, and so having the ability to peruse a website in our own time and at our own speed without a salesperson gently exerting pressure is a very attractive way to buy.  Because of this, eCommerce is an important selling mechanism.  Consider whether any elements of your service or product could be sold online.  You don’t have to sell your entire range via your website, but offering an eCommerce facility for some of what you do will give your business another dimension.
