Customer Service Review

Looking to identify ways in which to develop your business?   You need to ask the experts – your customers.  You and your team can sit in a room and ‘brainstorm’ ways to develop new products, enter new markets, improve your processes, better define your brand, and increase your sales all day long, but unless you truly understand what your customers want, your discussions will be ill-informed and will potentially lead you away from where you need to be.  Speak to your customers; invite their feedback; send out periodic questionnaires.  You won’t always receive the opinions you want to hear, but you will get invaluable intelligence on what you are doing right and more importantly, what you are doing wrong.  Act on these reviews before your competitors do.
