Cross-Selling Promotions

It is 4 x easier to sell more to an existing customer than it is to sell to a prospect.  Whilst chasing new business is important, it is equally vital that you don’t ignore your existing customer base, which you have already established has a need and is ready to buy.  How many of your customers might purchase one of your other products/services if they were aware of the availability and benefits?  Establish your cross-selling prospects, then approach each in turn as part of a customer care programme or sales promotion.
