Competitor Research

Who are your main competitors?  What do they charge?  What do they offer that you don’t?  What are their strengths?  Their weaknesses?  How can you ensure that you win your fair share of the market share?   Ask an independent third party to complete an annual audit of your main competitors.  Find out where you are losing business to them, and why.  Once you have your results, consider the implications for your own business, and let it inform your future sales, marketing and pricing strategy.
